Aristera & Dexia are the reverse boss of the darkwood dungeon, in order to fight them instead of the normal boss Leshy you need the following requirements before entering the boss room:
-Taken no damage
-Only use your starting equipment
-Obtain the maximum amount of followers available in the dungeon
