Yeah, it's rather weird, because I initially wanted to experiment with colors and lighting and in the end it turned out almost real. Oh well ^^'

I'm a sucker for fruit paintings! Your cherry is gorgeous, I can tell you spent time playing around with it. I believe you spent much more time on the ends of the stem and middle of the cherry than the edges, they have an obsessive hyperrealism that doesn't quite carry throughout the whole piece. Whatever though, you said it was an experiment. 10!

True, the entire stem painting process gave me headaches, lol. It was an "experiment" indeed, but weirdly enough it turned up almost real. xD
