It's Open-chan! 7-Eleven's mascot in Taiwan!

I'm currently posting this while waiting for a train back to Taipei from Tainan, but 7-Elevens are everywhere here, even in the train station.
When I initially arrived here, the first thing I got to eat was a steamed bun, and the bag had this mascot on it. So I've made it a goal of mine to find Open-chan whoever I go!
