Well, here's a drawing about the powerful and beautiful "Snow Queen". She's a charismatic villainess from the "GS Mikami" manga/anime series. She's based on the "Yuki-Onna" (a Japanese Folk female creature).
I felt sad when Reiko Mikami defeated her.
