Leak the robotic Penguin

Leak is a robotic penguin that was created by an underground organization that is meant to infiltrate government buildings with his cuteness and destroy them.
He first runs into Robo when Leak knocks on the door to inform Robo of the gift he left in the mailbox, it was a pipe bomb. It explodes sending shrapnel into Robo's prized 1981 Pontiac Firebird Formula. This sending Robo into a rage causing him to unleash all of his abilities onto the small arsonist. Leak would survive this and later would save Robo's life from a government attack hound.
