Alcove is one of the more unique characters that Niko has made. Probably because of how recent his concept was thought of, an estimated 6 months before the plot of "Revivified" takes place. He was designed purely out of an experiment of drawing with more shapes by Niko and since then, he took off with conceptualizing him as a robotic AI, repurposed to be an android coast guard recruit and law enforcement. Although a wacky concept, Niko liked it, even if he thought of it at a spur of the moment. He was so invested with this character and concept even, that the next 2 months that followed was Niko refining and writing the story featuring him. This would result in the quick creation of his series, “Floodgates,” but due to motivation leaving just as fast as it came, only a total of 4 pages were released by Niko before it was put on a sudden hiatus. Since then, Alcove just became a character that Niko doodled when he wanted to draw some funky shapes or illustrate him in action to practice dynamic shots due to how much of an expressive occupation the character has.
