sorry i haven't posted in a while i was working on stuff that i can't post right now, but i did try and make this proper short Ongezellig comic and hopefully i didn't mess up the original characters personality

Funnily, I think there is a fan theory about Vera wanting to be a band performer when she was young, but allowed to let her dream go away. If that was the case, Maya's answer would be the closest. But let's be honest. Vera probably was as much as an alcoholic as she is now.
