This is not a loathsome image. It’s a remembrance of those who have (and who will be) leaving places that I love.

Those who I’m talking about (and to) are rather popular creators and are cornerstones of mine (and many others) childhoods.

I would like to thank them for entertaining and teaching me about the world. And for keeping the world out until it was time. You have been excellent to watch and I’m very appreciative of all you have done for me and for so many millions of others.

Thank you for helping us all grow up, and let us look forwards to the years to come.
