anyways i've got a lot on my plate right now

i gotta beat totk so i don't have a mini heart attack when i see spoilers, pokemon adventures red chapter (the rom hack, not the actual manga), pokemon scarlet (because i haven't done so much as TOUCH that game in quite a while), finish up watching power rangers wild force, and break a few bad habits (like my sleep schedule for example. sometimes i sleep at night, sometimes i fall asleep in the morning after an unintentional all-nighter and miss half the day)

and i haven't drawn in quite the while because of said items on said plate. this is bad because i want to create a comic which is madddddd stupid on surface level (like, dA crossover-verse and the loud house revamped-level stupid, minus the universal shit and the excessive amounts of third-party franchises), so having a good/decent artstyle is very important so i can get people interested

like.. would you read a megaman-futuristic zelda hybrid comic with naruto and shindo life undertones based on that description alone and if the art style looked something like along the lines of this or this? HELL no. you'd probably skim through a few pages before giving up and going back to your usual activities at best

i could draw bass

i could draw a less humanoid character as practice for different humanoid body shapes since i'll probably have to do that a lot for said comic i wanna make

...or i could draw meg's (other) edgy rival since i haven't done him yet

also cause he's pretty cool (despite being a pale imitation of zero from the x series with the hair and the prominent sword usage), made mega look like a bitch in the manga and the anime (even though in the games he was the bitch. in bn1 all he does is play defense and try to swing at you once and repeats, he doesn't get harder until bn2 and onwards)

the best way i can describe what i mean by that is that ratbasterdz thing from last month (remember? it was on the front page for a time), it strikes my fancy

i tried to do something along the lines of that with this drawing but it didn't work, i think it's cause my lines were too thick
