Doctor Love is an enigma to the people from Lumas. He never speaks, and he kind of just spawned in the underground one day. Nobody knows where he's from, his past, if he's even a real person or not. He just spends his time dancing at local clubs until morning, and when the clubs are closed, he just dances in random places in the underground. 

He's the unofficial therapist for the people of the underground. Since he doesn't talk, the drunk people in the club love to complain about their life to him (he's a great listener). So people started calling him "Doctor Love" due to the heart shaped lights on his head and the fact that most people talk about their love life when they have a "session" with him.
