Your line weight looks cool, your coloring is very appealing, if not a bit dark for my taste, the little sections of pencil overlay in there make it look kinda cool and sketchy, but the construction makes it look like it was put through content aware scale. I see the reference picture you used, and I can tell you strayed too far from it, be it tunnel vision or just drawing it as it appeared with no construction. You have a lot of talent, I'm sure it would look incredible if you tweaked with the base sketch until it looked just right before going through with the outlines and coloring, as that can feel too permanent. The picture is a little disappointing, but I can tell a lot of work went into it and most of the problems just stem from a few early mistakes.
