Hsien-Ko from Capcom's Darkstalkers franchise

Honestly, I never tried any Darkstalkers games. I know them from any Capcom crossovers (mostly the Marvel VS. Capcom series), but I do adore the designs. I like Morrigan and Felicia, but my favorite will be Hsien-Ko. Idk, I just like her oversized sleeves with blades. It's cool, yo.
