The background blends very well with the rest of the piece. I love that creature design too, super cool!

Background was done on Paper (watercolors), rest done digital. Still need to get better at drawing backgrounds/scenery but so far I'm pretty happy how it turned out.

this remember me about that film about some sort of whale that gets pushed on the beach, ""people"" want to help her but she evolves and goes into a shop to buy candy, a lot (the shopper face was like, oh, just another day) and then goes to the ocean.
