Shroodrak and Shroogon

Share

Mushroom dragons that dwell within forests and jungles. Respectively, they're known as Shroodrak and Shroogon.

Relatively slow moving, Shroodrak fend off attackers with their status spores, which can cause a variety of effects. When on the offensive, they use a skill called Spore Bomb which deals decent damage and has a great chance at putting its target to sleep.

Meanwhile, Shroogon is probably the most feared living thing in the deep forests and jungles. This actually isn't because of their stats- they're good, yes, but they're extremely slow. What makes them threatening is their attack Spore Zone, which hits everything that opposes it with the sleep status, leaving them incapable of action until they're struck.

If that wasn't enough, Shroogon are also widely feared in the world of dragons itself as its spores are extra effective on dragons (aside from Nature-attuned ones like itself).

It can't fly and it can't move very fast, but this dragon is an iconic threat.

Cute Mons!

huh, didn't know you first did them on pencil first, always thought you sketched on Illustrator and sutff (Which I was like, how can he do that, jesus)

Taurmega responds:

Yeah, it was something I used to do a very long time ago until it was more or less phased out 2 or 3 years ago. Only reason these even had sketch stuff to work with was most likely because I did those sketches during a College or Uni class and was really bored.

I don't do anything on physical media anymore; now it basically IS digital only from start to finish, as you say. Been like that for years. (Hence why I never showed any paper sketches up until now on NG.)
