A Golem Knight, when they first become such a being, must be accommodated to their new body. It becomes next to impossible to walk with any sort of subtly, being a living hunk of iron.

So they are taught a new method of movement by more experienced knights. That first basic method of bouncing yourself across the ground, rapidly moving each leg. Using their own weight and momentum to keep a good pace. 

It make take days, weeks, or sometimes even months, but eventually they shall learn to walk again.

And that, is only the beginning of what a Knight can possible achieve.

Finally got the "walk" done. The idea of it is bouncing and "translating" itself across the land rather than walk. To sell the inherently magical feel The Golem Knight has.

Comparing it to the original is like night and day. I'm glad I was able to keep the surreal magical feel and the sharp punch feel of it while adding nice details like the sword bouncing a tad and the light reflection smearing.

It may of taken a while, but it was worth it.

And this is just the same first walk but at the start after hitstun, when it's still unable to take damage.
