One of the main villains of the story in the form of a witch who has kidnapped Joy countless times in the past but one day decides to kidnap Scott instead, this time with help from the stories main villain thus kickstarting the events of the story.

In terms of role in the story she plays she's a comedic sidekick to the much more competent main villain. I gave her broom and hat a mouth each because I thought it'd give the design more personality, same with giving the hat a big round eye. I also thought making witches in Parasol Princess have no nose or mouth would help visually differentiate them from other witch character designs.

Casey is described by others as a stubborn and petty woman who likes to taunt others and seems to enjoy messing with others by pranking them with curses as well. Despite how many times Casey's kidnapped her, Joy oddly doesn't seem to hate her much to the witches confusion and frustration though others seem to think that this is either because Joy sees being kidnapped as just another Tuesday for her or because the princess is just that nice... or both.
