From time to time, I think about making Oreo's true OC since I made his other OC "Mr.ScarFire" (which you can find here: https://www.newgrounds.com/art/view/supernaturalboden/mr-scarfire-oreoscarfire-s-oc)
At the time I didn't think I would be able to pull it off because of the hair (and i'm BAD at drawing hair), but when I finally tried it, I was surprised on how decent I got the hairstyle to.
Oh yeah, btw, go check OreoScarFire out! They have some pretty good art and stuff (WAY better than I could ever do honestly). If your into Pico stuff, their literately all about it.
