This is Yaroslav, He’s an old military medic from russia.

By old I mean he’s somewhere in his 50s. He has a lot of old implants, so due to old age and old tech, it’s starting to take it’s toll on his body.

He and billy met in an old run down hole in the wall bar for ex-military.

I'm not entirely happy with this design so I'm probably gonna redesign him at some point.
