i do not own a graphic tablet (they are way overpriced here) so i was first about to make it a traditional piece, but then i wanted to challenge myself and made it digital, using an old android (no brand) tablet using medibang paint free (which deleted my last saves twice) and a homemade diy pen to draw on (because drawing with a finger is impossible) it wasn't easy but im proud of the result and proud of myself !

regarding the theme: isolation and the prompt: light, i thought of space and the sun ! so i drew it ! it's my first "stellar" or "astronomy" piece !

the word isolation remided me of the game alien isolation, alien the eighth passenger being one of my favourite movies, i thought a scene alone in space being perfect picturing the theme "isolation", and for light the sun was the first thing that jumped in my mind, because its our biggest light source since earth was created !
