this is actually the first time i’ve made anything new year’s day related in 2 years - on new year’s day 2020 and 2021 i made crossover images featuring my favourite fictional characters (at the time) standing in front of fireworks (though i will not share them here as they are cringey as fuck) but i didn’t do anything for 2022

this is also the first time i’ve properly drawn sunny cat since september
