The Naughty maids of the High Horny House of Phallic Imagery get paid mostly in spankings. None in the employ of the high house may deny a reasonable request made by anyone who outranks them within the houseship. Those who prove themselves the most loyal to the house may be promoted, and allowed to dish out spankings and other affections to those below them.

Virginal members must wear chastity devices at all times, and are to be sexually teased mercilessly by all other house members, regardless of rank. Only when a virginal house member has been with the house for over a year, and the highest ranking member feels that they have sufficiently proven themself—which may take multiple years in some cases—may they be allowed then to shed their white garments and their virginal status, during a three day grand feast and orgy.

The maid's uniform:

All cloth garments and accessories must be emblazoned with official High Horny House of Phallic Imagery lacework. All noncompliant garments will be stripped from the wearer, and the wearer summarily punished.

Though many styles of apron are permitted, all must be ruffled and bear approved house lace trim.

Skirts may be no longer than the distance from the wearer's middle fingertip to the bottom of their palm. All noncompliant Skirts will be torn to length, and the wearer disciplined.

Although shoes are optional, only closed toed heels, with a height greater than or equal to the length of the wearer’s smallest finger is permitted.

Shirts, although optional, must cover no more than sixty percent of the wearer's torso.

Dresses are permitted, assuming they comply with both shirt and skirt rules.

Pants are strictly forbidden. Shorts may be worn if they are no longer in length than the wearer’s palm. Chaps of any length may be worn, provided—with the exception of chastity devices—that the wearer does not also wear undergarments which include a crotch

A headpiece made of approved High Horny House of Phallic imagery lace must be worn. Head pieces that lay flat to the head may only have flaccid lace patterns.

Gloves are to be worn while on duty, though the material may be whichever is appropriate for the given task. Gloves which do not include fingers or palms are permissible where appropriate.

Garment colour—Applicable to all positions and titles:

Only virginal house members may wear true white on any part of their body. All others may wear off-white tones.

Virginal house members garments must be no less than thirty percent white.

Lace must distinctly contrast in shade with the body colour of the garments, and must be similar in tone, regardless of saturation.

Multicoloured garments may be approved by high ranking house members. As a general rule, the colours must smoothly and cohesively transition into one another, and be aesthetically pleasing to the HHHoPI high lords.
