SHENRON: State your wish

I was thinking a new background for my page and it turn in into a full Illustration Art piece, but still use it. It took about a week to make and after completing... the file size was too big at 999MB so like 1GB of this after everything. had to shink it down to fit here. I try to use certain tools for scales but was not coming out how I wanted it so I Literally made each scale stroke along the way and my hand hurts after many strokes... gotta think of a tool for scales. I think it looks good but what do yall think.

Edit: something was off and then I realized the nose so I fix it.
