At first, I thought it was a hooded person on a snowy flatform surrounded by fog x3
But after reading the description, it took me 30 second to see the owl xD Great job!

Hi, hello and heya! As previously mentioned, I'm not likely to continue the previous Undertale stuff for a bit.
Today we have cute pixel-snow owl! Originally it was going to be just patterns I was having fun with,
then I deleted half of them because it looked cluttered.
I really like how the shades give the impression of black-tipped wings and a floofy face!
Oh! It also secretly has cat ears depending how you interpret the black around it's 'real' ears.
Other minor detail; owl is accidental; was trying to make a cuter version of that amalgamate and it looked more
like an owl, so then I made it an owl-thing!
