Pixel art in Undertale's 'Legend' style! Chara has a yellowed hue as she has a natural connection to it,
as Frisk is more of a red-hue as they are famous for their Determination!
This will likely become a proper story, but art isn't that likely from here on out.

When the Angel appears, the UNDERGROUND shall go empty.
Some say that Asriel, Prince of the Underground was that Angel.
Yet it wasn't the only Prophesy. It wasn't the only Legend.
History left unexplored as everyone looks towards the future;
when the Past has been left forgotten.
A History of serpents in the ocean,
Glimmering Gemstones glittered a Kingdom of the great beyond.
A HUMAN, a Monster, and a Prince from the Dark.
A doorway left unopened.
Tales that have never been told-
those are bound to reawaken.
A devilish delight that loves her sweets,
An individual never to learn freedom,
And a sweetheart who lost his wings.
Some say that you can't catch time in a bottle;
yet some things are meant to be
Never
ever
Found.

The Princess brushed her hand along the caverns entrance, holding Frisk close to her as they passed into where the barrier once captured monsterkind in its net of despair. She led the both of them further along through the dimmed depths, passing by further into the area right before the King Of the Mountains throne room.
"See? No matter how many years, we'll never forget my way back. We'll never forget those memories shared between us."
Although she intended this to be pleasant as she grinned, Frisk struggled to look her in the eyes as they felt their heart way heavily in their chest.
Entering the throne room displayed that vines and golden flowers had indeed fully taken over, turning up the floor and covering up every last inch. Both throne's were set next to each other, curiously- as though someone went back to make them that way.
"What in the world is holding ya so blue? Skeletons in your closet?~"
"..."
*Chara's CONCERN increases!
They idly looked around, and moved onto a finely-lit hallway, detailed with pillars constructed by a great architect back in Chara's time. Frisk's stride slowed, forcing Chara to slow down to match her partners pace. A strange light filled the room, a shine that fills one with warmth...and another with guilt.
"If it's about Genocide, sparing him was the right-"
"...No. Can we please move on? There's probably some monsters still around we need to help."
Chara opened up her mouth, and found she had nothing to say. She had assumed this was her close and dear friends worries, but if it wasn't about that- she didn't have a clue.
