For the second winner for the poll I had, it's Harpie Queen from Yu-Gi-Oh. Had fun with this one, since I always wanted to make a Harpie deck. So, maybe close enough to making one? But, I did make a version with her Lost Art outfit on Ko-fi for members. I hope you enjoy it!! :D
