this is an oc by surfinthehighway/Tobey on dA and one I remember seeing and loving around 2017-2018, so i tried to draw close to how i used to draw in 2018!

I used a flat marker like brush and used even neoner colors than I do now. although my anatomy and coloring wasn't as good as it is now. so I'm not gonna share any actual 2018 pieces... *blush*
