I like it.
If I had to point anything out then I'd say redraw the hands because as of now they're just really small circles.
The shading's alright. If I had to nitpick though, the light comes from a different angle on the eyes for some reason which is weird.
I like the pose, but you should work on your proportions.
Anyway, this is a good piece, nice to see you try to improve some more by taking steps such as shading.
