Jokst is chaotic by nature but ultimately wants to put a smile on people's faces. In spite of his silliness, he got a security job at a prestigious institute due to his magical prowess and combat capability. 

His jester garb is his usual choice of clothing, but the institute requires him to wear more normal clothing when he's on the job. He was previously a street performer but sought work elsewhere due to falling on hard times.
