Minor character who will show up in a music visualizer for Nostalgia Nightmare. Proud of this animation, so I figured I'd post it on its own in full quality.

I drew a bunch of seperate pieces in Aseprite, and positioned them all into the correct locations in Vegas Pro. Then I used keyframes to make each individual piece move between 2 positions. Once that was done I rendered it as a set of pngs so it could be transparent, and used an online gif maker to turn those into a gif.
