Liam has been associated with Lynn Loud on numerous occasions, they were both partners with being Hall Monitors in the episode “Lynn and Order”, as well as the fact Leon and Claire weren’t brother and sister. And “Liam” sounds a lot more similar to “Leon.” Also if R.P.D. stands for Raccoon City Police Department then it may also stand for Royal Woods Police Department.)
