An old gnome inventor who left the noisy city for the peace and quiet of an isolated cottage in the woods. Despite his advanced age, Mitnik works hard on his various prototypes but rarely show them off until "exhaustive testing", which often means until they explode. After learning about the bakery, he became their best client and uses the place as testing grounds for some of his inventions.
