I saw someone else play around with having multi colored line art, and tbh this was super fun to do.

I based the lights off police lights and tried to base the facial expression off of this sprite for him, which makes me laugh every time I see it. He looks so shocked and goofy lmao.

Tbh it looks a bit weird when it’s big but when it’s pfp size he looks great so I’ll take it
