This is Rina a water Wielder University student she is semi-knowledgeable of her powers but it's still discovering new ways that her powers can be used tactically in a fight. She is someone that's constantly training, but this sometimes causes her to become overconfident. This Hubris is a big cause of some fights not going her ways. Most of her background story or world is not ironed out but she is part of a series I'm making, of characters based on elements and able to wield them at will.
