Today, I'd like to introduce a Villain I made all the way back in 2019! This is Voison, a telekinetic Russian with tubes connected to several holes around his body. These tubes pump deadly chemicals directly into his muscles, granting him strengths he harnessed through working under a magic serial killer. After moving to the US as an adult, he quickly became the leader of a chemical-based criminal organization and has since become a known threat to several major cities! Enjoy!
