Yup! a new OC! ^w^ her name is Milly! She's an assassin, and she's pretty evil as well 'OwO, she basically uses everyone she can for her own pleasure, and is ruthlessly efficient at her work, she simply enjoys killing for fun and if she gets paid for its a double, Milly in short is sadistic, and doesnt care unless she has a good reason to. 

Milly is very evil, and grew up for a resentment for humanity in general, and will show no care for those that she doesn't care about, that being said, she is able to make friends on rare occasions... but she has a lust and pleasure for hurting or even killing others she doesn't know, even if its for the smallest reason, so as long as you keep your distance, and be nice to her you'll be fine c:

Sometimes she'll kill her victims by using size, you probably know what that means.
