The eraser

The eye-bearer's arch nemesis, not exactly an oposing force, he is just competition, he has very specific targets and has mysterious objectives, gown in a military family, always hated the fact that everyone used firearms, had lots of those around since very young but always thought them to be the "Weapon of the weak", he'd rather just use something that doesn't make the job as easy, like a knife or similar things.

He has lots of competencies, one major weakness and one special ability

Competencies: Good with weaponry of about any range, independant of weight or complexity, particularly good with snipers, has special training in Close-QuarterCombat, knowing a couple martial arts and some rather nice tricks, has access to an impressive arsenal, with loads and loads of firearms and melee weapons in great variety

Special ability "Bullseye deflection": With mechanical augmentations in his left arms and trained to use them, he is able to punch things with great force, by ataccking things or the air and stopping with a very specific motion mid air the arm projects a shock-wave that works as a concentrated explosion, destroying things that are touched by it while emiting a blinding white glow, if he delivers this technique with precising time he is even able to stop things mid trajectory, such as thrown objects, bullets and even vehicles, the arm however needs time to charge after one use, it takes aobut 1(one) to 2(two) minutes to do so

Weakness "weapon of the weak": Even tho he has an impressive arsenal, he allways only brings his trusty knife and one other firearm with very, and i can't estress this enough, very limited ammunition

Weaknesses: A bit slow when running, way too calm, does not understand certain concepts that make communication a lot easier (talking with the targets is never an option, allways kills and tales no prisoners) very objective and focused person, wouldn't loose focus from the target at any circunstance
