If Toriyama the creator of Dragonball and Dragonball Z was to do a Pre-Teen or the very early teenage years of Pan the daughter of Gohan and Videl, this is how I would image her, this is what I believe she would actually look like.

Looking at this Pan http://el-maky-z.deviantart.com/art/DBZ-Pan-352827320 at the very end of the original Dragonball Z Anime, I think Pan closer resembles Gohan more than Videl, yet unlike Kid Gohan she not afraid of everything, I think she had inherited Goku's confidence, which Goku always had even at the start of Dragonball due to him being a Saiyan.

This Pan http://krizeii.deviantart.com/art/Pan-DBGT-2-415713661 This is not even close to how I would imagine Toriyama designing Pan for her teen years, to be honest this version of pan feels like an insult to the Pan at the end of Dragonball Z. I like Pan but not this version of her.
