Godspeed, Spider-Man. (2024 Redraw!)

Decided to redraw this Green Goblin I did about 2 years ago now! The original idea was to make it look like an old anime screencap, so I went for the same thing this time. The original background was a filtered photobash I did. I re-used it, but did some hand painted touch ups.
