Hypno is extremely cruel and manipulative, being able to successfully manipulative children into coming with him so he can torture them. As of now, he has yet to fail in his goals.

Powers and abilities. Hypno is not a strong creature, his only way of manipulation is hypnotizing his victims into following him, but this only seems to be temporary.

Fictional OriginIt's completely unknown as to Hypno's motivations, although it's likely he was just a malevolent Hypno Pokémon with very sadistic goals.

Hypno is the titular main antagonist of the Creepypasta story "Hypno's Lullaby". He is a Hypno Pokémon that kidnaps and kills children by hypnotizing them

• Girlfriend was killed by Hypno after Left Unchecked. Though it's implied this also happened to Boyfriend, the reason for his disappearance was never stated. [2]
• In Safety Lullaby, the instrumental seems to be Lavender Town, a track in Pokemon Red/Blue that plays when you reach Lavender Town. This track is infamous for its unnerving nature fitting the haunted town, resulting in it being omnipresent in horror-based Pokémon content.

In Monochrome, Lost Silver's Celebi uses Perish Song exactly three times. Each time Celebi uses Perish Song, your maximum HP is permanently reduced by a certain amount until the end of the song or until you are blueballed. 

During Missingno, your strums teleport around the screen randomly every time MissingNo. makes a low droning noise. The game will switch between upscroll and downscroll depending on where the strums shift to. MissingNo.'s notes and strums will also become invisible to make room for the mechanic. In Hell Mode, your strums will also tilt at random angles.
