Originally tried to think of something from the Max Fleischer cartoons but wound up liking this particular angle too much and couldn't make it work for that idea. I did want to come up with a classic DiD scenario for this though even if I couldn't make the Fleischer idea work.

I think this is the closest I've come in a long time to rage quitting over a background with this. >v>;;; Struggled for so long trying to draw a boiler room before switching to something like this. I think it would've been really nice but those kinds of rooms are far too complicated for me yet to draw well. I'm really glad the background came out nicely in the end!

I was so sure I fixed my sleep schedule the other day but I'm yet again back to being nocturnal... Now, I guess, I'll go watch that live action One Piece as long as I'm still awake.
