It's 2037, society hasn't changed much, though has improved to a futuristic extent.

Somewhere in Japan, lies the Distinct Decades Foundation, a government-level foundation in charge of many areas, both urban and rural. Holding so much power to the point that many groups, whether legal or illegal, sought to be a level higher, for better or worse.

We begin with the son of the founder, 'Jules Niijima-Olgilvie', someone just trying to see what life has to offer, until his cousin, 'Ruby Niijima-Yohei', one of the foundation's top agents, was told to bring him along in much more bigger responsibilities.

...is what it would probably say if this was legit. Or if I was workin' on some sorta comic/manga revolving around the two.
