Celeste's living situation prior to leaving the grox empire  really isn't the best. Her home is less of a proper living area and moreso a place meant to keep her contained. Her apartment is expensive and quality, But soulless and clinical. Think those rich people obsessed with minimalism that decorate almost exclusively with whites and beiges. Not to mention the constant surveillance she has to deal with on account of being the emperor's daughter.
