Basically, what I had thought was that they are vials of various chemicals that made him what he is. I made them the primary colors. If you've seen Demonicon (his twin brother)'s straps, they have some secondary and tertiary colors...but that black one is.....

Those vials are various chemicals that made Domiconn what he is! (I made them the primary colors!) I should probably explain that there are a race of people like him and his brother, except those two have special deformities about em...(Domiconn's deformity being that he can't change his expression...or speak normally...its complicated 🙏😅)
