Ah, it's true that Shigeru Jō is one of the Stronger Kamen Riders, particularly among those who were born of the Shōwa era. However, I'm afraid that the title of strongest is taken by another. The one who walks the path of Heaven, the man who will rule everything. Tendō Sōji, Kamen Rider Kabuto; is the Kamen Rider who shall take the title of strongest as his own.
