AKA Samarium (that one element that's in some rare earth magnets)

Samarium is a Fabraceae model line that's essentially the Anethole line with a refitted pelvis (and some other ancillary torso stuff too) to allow them to have the ability to float weightlessly and adjust their heights dynamically. They cannot go faster than "aggressive drifting" without some form of propulsion, be it legs or thrusters of some kind (they're fairly popular for space station work)

in the civilian market they're mostly popular as conversation pieces, although there's several fringe benefits to their main gimmick- short people like them because they can reach tall shelves quickly and still come back to their own challenged height. That's important for.. reasons. Just like how she can hold her legs in any position imaginable. I'm s-sure that's important for good reasons!

She's 5 foot exactly when she's actually sitting on her legs (sitting? mounted on? attached?), but most people dont' notice because she tries to make herself the tallest in the room. Napoleon complex!(?)
