I really do love the fact that "THE SKELETON APPEARS!" meme has brought so much attention back to Mass Attack. It's definitely one of Kirby's more underrated games out there. I also love how in this picture, you can see different sides of Kirby's personality, with some of the Kirbies ready to literally follow their heart to fight the boss, and the other ones being much more hesitant. It's not too hard to see why though, when Necrodeus is possibly one of the fiercest bosses to date. I think that aspect of him is captured well enough, but there's also a bit of a softer edge to this design that makes him almost cute. Either way though, Necrodeus looks great in this piece. The only nitpick (and I really do mean nitpick) I have is that the star and staff are a little too bright, but that could just as easily be my own settings as much as the art itself. The star's brightness is representative of the brightness of Kirby's heart (I'm guessing) and the staff is probably supposed to be at full charge to show Necrodeus is ready to fight. I'll definitely have to check out more of your work, especially if Kirby is involved.
