Contrary to the name, the Goblin is actually a lady and the hat is something of a familiar that grants her certain abilities. They have names, but it's been a bit since I've thought about them. I'll try to add them later. I'm content with how this one came out, so I doubt I'll change anything around now. The name listed isn't the official piece, just something of a funny play on words that I think fits it.
