I can relate, haha! My go to character is Hex from FNF Hex mod or Benny from the Lego Movie- Also, yee, Vivi my beloved- Final Fantasy IX is hella good- (Too lazy to finish it tho)

Sometimes you feel the need to draw a character that you really like from some media.
I don't usually get that feeling. But when I do it's someone from Final Fantasy IX.
And I'm happy that it's fanbase should be still going strong. Have you ever played it?
If so favorite character and summon.

I think we all have that one (or two) franchises or singular pieces of media that make us say "ok, I'll do a fan art just. This. Once."
But yeah, never played FNF but for what I saw in a few gameplay the various mods have pretty interesting characters.
And no, go finish it! Or at least look it up. The final disk is a bit slow, but the ending is real good.
You have such a powerful style I'm glad you're using it for good instead of evil because Final Fantasy has never been represented so accurately and powerfully before...

Quina I think is my second favorite character of the game, so I know what I mean.
Plus I love blue mages. Ark is...well...Ark! If I remember correctly it's sort of a reference to one of the directors other games. But don't quote me.
