King shark is a shark.
I know that usually of Wednesday I post some official monsters from d&d, but today I uploaded these guys on my patreon, so I thought it would be more fitting.
Here's an homebrew race I made, the variegated Siphondus. Beign dwellers of the sea, their looks are as different as the many various creatures that live in it. But you can allways recognize a Siphondus by their glowing heart.
Here are the six sub-species in some random classes! If you are interested in playing them (and support me) there are available for all owlbear tier supporters. You can allways unsub later without worries!
In any case, I hope you'll like them!
King shark is a shark.
The sharkiest shark, I would say.
I love the ideas. I had a Locathah monk and thought that, for his background, it would be fun too if every citizen from his home was as different and colourful as the real diversity of marine fauna. I'm glad to find that other people thought of this idea of diverse undersea people.
I hadn't thought about the polyp one, though. So I'll tell you in exchange about the tubeworm. I like to imagine one with a monocle and top hat, also stylishing the gills like a feather boa adorning their body.
Ahahah, I can almost see it, like really tall and thin.
I was allways intrigued about the Locathah, but I never had the pleasure to play as one (still a forever DM, unfortunatly). But yeah, the Siphondus were born from the idea of beign a bit bored of "all the official sea races are similiar between eachothers".
Anyway glad you liked them!
I love the idea on the crab hands
Thanks! At first I tought of only making the fingers in the shape of a pincer, but then I realized "why not giving him a big thumbg and index instead!
