Once again, a design intended for a fangame I put on hold.
Shoutout to @Mickillus for suggesting me to draw Robotnik! Much thanks.
Fun Fact: I did give Eggman a new design back in 2020, but I decided to retool his whole fit becuz the other design I made felt too safe n similar. Needed to make somethin that'll burn your eyes, like the other designs, lol.
